LOKOtrack LT1213S
Lokotrack® LT1213™ mobile HSI crusher is known for high tonnage and efficient fuel economy. It is equipped with a horizontal shaft impact (HSI) crushing unit and can operate as a primary or secondary crusher. In applications such as coal, processing concrete, asphalt and demolition waste the LT1213S is particularly suited.
The LT1213S can accept a 600mm lump size and has a very high reduction ratio. The re-circulating conveyor feeds oversized material back into the feeder for a second pass through the crushing chamber, so no need to rehandle material. The unit includes a vibrating grizzly feeder for fines removal prior to the crushing chamber. The rotor on the NP1213 Impact crusher has variable speed for optimization of the crushing output.
The LT1213S includes a modular overhanging screen on the discharge belt which has a 1.3m x 3m screen to remove oversized material and recirculate this material back into the crusher.

Sandvik uh440
The Sandvik UH440 is a track mounted, cone crushing and screening unit on a single chassis. Its innovative design combines the CH440 Cone crusher with a dual-slope main screen for high-capacity, accurate screening and recirculating and stock piling conveyors.
The UH440 is electrically powered; the process is powered by a Volvo power pack installed in a soundproof container. This feature improves the energy efficiency of the unit compared with previous models. Low operating costs are but one of the economical features of this unit.
Special attention during the engineering work was paid to maintainability and uncomplicated usability to maximize uptime and productivity. This unit has been completely stripped, refurbished and rebuilt, including the CH440 cone. The cone crusher has been fitted with a new OEM head and shaft assembly and internal components; new conveyor belts all round. All drive pulleys have been replaced.
The SS1221 pre-screen is new and includes 2 new feeder motors as well. The LF1850 Double deck screen has been completely refurbished and fitted with new components. The complete electrical system has been refurbished. A new PLC, soft starter, circuit breaker and new sensors and contactors have been installed where necessary.
These have been re-programmed back to OEM standard including process control through the OEM standard ASRI process control and management system. The entire Hydraulic system has been refurbished. The entire track assembly has been refurbished. All cylinders throughout the machine have been refurbished. Below is a detailed table of new components installed.
