About The Lokotrack® LT106™
The Lokotrack® LT106™ mobile jaw crushing plant combines over 30 years of mobile equipment experience with 21st century materials and design. It simultaneously decreases operating costs and generates the highest customer value possible.
Features
The Lokotrack® LT106™ is equipped with the Nordberg® C106™ jaw crusher, which has a proven track record in the toughest of applications. It offers the best capacity and cost efficiency in the 40-tonne size class, with new features such as a radial side conveyor, high inertia flywheels and Metso IC™ process control system that utilises an ultrasonic material level sensor. The CAT® engine, with hydraulic drive, ensures trouble-free operation and enables the swinging function.
Detailed Description
Lokotrack LT106’s compact dimensions and agility on tracks mean lower transport costs between and at crushing sites. The chassis design, with good clearance at both ends, enables safe and easy loading onto a trailer. The feed hopper sides, with a patented and safe hydraulic securing system and radial side conveyor, enables the unit to be ready for crushing or transport within minutes.
Daily operations are made safe and easy with new design features, such as engine layout and flywheel composite covers, as well as spacious service platforms and general excellent
accessibility. Further flexibility can be added with additional features like a screen module and long main conveyor.
Process overview
The Lokotrack LT106 is a primary crusher for recycling or rock-based material. It can be used as a first unit in a multi-stage crushing process or as a stand-alone unit in reducing applications.
How it works
Material is fed onto the feeder by excavator or wheel loader. Two stage scalping section removes the fines which can be guided to the main or side conveyor. Output material size is controlled by crusher setting. Crusher is hydraulic driven to ensure trouble free operation.
