CONVEYORS
Pilot Crushtec International (Pty) Ltd supplies a full range of cost-effective, fit-for-purpose conveyors including a complete range of easily adaptable, semi-mobile conveyors for transfer of materials between feeders, crushers and screens. The 600mm, 750mm, 1050mm and 1200mm wide conveyors are ideal in quarrying, mining, recycling, infrastructure and construction applications. Detailed Description
The Radial Tracked Stockpiler Series is a unique concept to the marketplace. Essentially, it is a Radial Wheeled Stockpiler and Tracked Stockpiler all-in-one!
The remote-control track system is used to move the machine around site including rough terrain. It is also of benefit when re-locating the machine to a different site, as it can easily be tracked onto a low loader or Low-Boy. When the machine has been positioned for work using the Tracks, the EDGE Radial Tracked Stacker can produce a 360° stockpile. By engaging (via remote control) the wheel drive system, the operator can remotely radial the RTS Series either clockwise or ant-clockwise to create a 360° stockpile. The automatic angle adjustment allows the machine to increase the angle of the machine as the stockpile below increases.

The track-mounted Lokotrack® CT3.2™ mobile conveyor offers an ideal solution for applications that require high stockpile capacity and excellent material transfer capabilities.
Features
Lokotrack® CT3.2™ is powered by the CAT® C2.2 and for the wheel-mounted CW3.2, a power pack is available as an option. Additional features like a rock box, impact bars and double drive make the CT3.2 an ideal conveying solution for different feed sizes and capacities.
The mobile conveyor adds flexibility to Lokotrack multistage crushing and screening applications. It enables easy and fast closed-circuit operation even with special combinations. When in open loop, a high discharge height increases the stockpile capacity, and with an additional radial drive on the CW3.2, the discharge end can be moved radially.
Lokotrack CT3.2 and CW3.2 are easy and safe to use, especially when hydraulic tilting is applied. Spare and wear parts, as well as Metso support, are available for any other Lokotrack crushing and screening plant.
Process overview
Material is typically fed by conveyor into feed chute. From there, material is conveyed onwards. Discharge height can be adjusted and, depending on feed material rock box, impact bars and double drive can be utilised.
How it works
Conveyor is ready to use within minutes. Just drive it off the trailer, tilt tail and discharge end open, adjust angle and start the conveyor. Track drive makes it easy to move on site just like any other Lokotrack unit.

The MC450 has a robust construction and an adaptable, modular design built to deliver many years of service. Its standard features include feed boot, tail guard, self tensioning belt scraper, tail drum plough scraper, adjustable troughing idlers, a rear pedestal and front V-legs support. The MC450 is inclined and is 10m in length. A 3kW petrol engine and hydraulic drive allow variable belt speed up to 2m/s.
All conveyors are available ex-stock and are supplied ready to assemble and are easily transported. The MC450 conveyor is tried and tested and designed to integrate with the Pilot Modular range ensuring rapid installation of an entire transfer and stockpiling system.

The MC800 is inclined and supplied in 12m and 8m lengths and is powered by a 7.5kW electric motor with v-belts and reduction gearbox. The 20m and 16m MC800 is supplied with 9.2kW electric motor with v-belts and reduction gearbox; also available is a 24m MC800 with 15KW electric motor.

The Pilot Modular MC-TO-10 is a heavy-duty 1000mm wide, semi-mobile conveyor designed and manufactured to remove crushed rock from the discharge point of the C96 and the C106 crushing plants. The conveyor is inclined and discharges the crushed rock. It enables the efficient transfer of a wide variety of materials, such as coal, aggregate, sand, construction and demolition (C&D) waste, mine ore, crushed rock and river gravel.
