Pilot Crushtec’s approach of continuous development is supported by its
vision of added value services. The company implemented internal
restructuring designed to streamline and centralise customer service
through the product support initiative, SupportLink.
SupportLink works directly with Pilot Crushtec’s sales and
PartsLink divisions, which are designed to co-ordinate plant installation,
product service, repair and support to create greater synergy and improve
accountability and customer service.
The SupportLink team consists of an ever growing number of
qualified and experienced field service technicians, sufficiently equipped
by Pilot Crushtec’s own service vehicle fleet.
