PILOT CRUSHTEC
ANTICIPATES SUCCESS AT ELECTRA MINING 2006
The focus of
Pilot Crushtec’s stand at Electra Mining Africa 2006 will be the
company’s comprehensive range of crushing equipment. Whilst Pilot
Crushtec is well known as a leader in the field of mobile screening
solutions, sales manager Graham Kleinhans points out that static VSI
crushers have always been the mainstay of the company’s business.

“Over the years,
we have expanded our range of crushing equipment to the point where we
are now able to cover all crushing applications. Our focus at Electra
Mining is to showcase the extensive range of crushing equipment that
Pilot Crushtec is able to offer,” he says.
The company’s
range now encompasses mobile and static jaw crushers, cone crushers,
horizontal impact crushers and vertical shaft impact crushers. Kleinhans
notes that VSI crushers, in particular, have undergone many changes over
the years, having grown from static machines to the world’s first fully
mobile VSI crusher – the TwisterTrac. This machine has met with
enthusiastic acceptance in the market, and a number of TwisterTracs are
currently operating successfully in quarrying and related applications
across South Africa.
Pilot Crushtec
undertakes ongoing research and development work in its efforts to
supply the market with as wide a range of machines as possible for its
customers’ diverse needs. It anticipates the addition of a new machine
to its range of crushers before the end of the year.
“As South
Africa’s biggest mining show, Electra Mining gives us a platform to
communicate directly with our target market in the mining industry,”
Kleinhans comments. He adds that this year’s stand will be the biggest
that Pilot Crushtec has had at the exhibition to date, and says the
company is anticipating the same success at Electra Mining 2006 as it
experienced two years ago.
