InstalLink embraces Pilot Crushtec’s practice of providing the best service to customers, a long-term strategic objective for our business. The primary focus of this division is to conduct all plant installations and commissioning, using dedicated technicians, with a high alert on operational safety standards.

We have implemented a system specially designed to streamline and centralise customer service through this product support initiative. InstalLink works directly with Pilot Crushtec’s sales, SupportLink and PartsLink divisions, designed to co-ordinate plant installations, product service, repair and support, creating improved synergy and genuine customer care.

Our InstalLink team is ever-growing and consists of skilled technicians, well equipped with Pilot Crushtec’s own InstalLink vehicle fleet, kitted out with compressors, gas bottles, a diesel run generator, and many other tools necessary for installations.
